Agape of Appleton is a nonprofit organization providing residential services and support to individuals with disabilities throughout the Fox Valley and Fond du Lac areas. We are seeking a hands-on, dependable Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator to oversee maintenance operations across multiple locations.

This role combines facility maintenance, staff supervision, project management, fleet oversight, and vendor coordination to ensure our homes remain safe, functional, and welcoming for the individuals we serve.

What You'll Do
  • Oversee maintenance operations for multiple group homes, residential facilities, and office locations
  • Supervise and support a team of 3-4 maintenance staff
  • Perform and coordinate repairs involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance
  • Implement and manage preventative maintenance programs across all locations
  • Coordinate contractors, vendors, and facility improvement projects
  • Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and maintenance records
  • Assist with budgeting, purchasing, and project planning
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, licensing requirements, and organizational policies
  • Travel between locations and participate in an on-call rotation as needed

What We're Looking For
  • Experience in building maintenance, facilities management, construction, or a related field
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to travel between locations
  • Ability to safely tow and maneuver trailers
  • Experience with residential care, healthcare, or nonprofit organizations is a plus
